Depart from London Heathrow an overnight flight to Colombo

Upon arrival at Colombo airport you will be met by your personal chauffeur guide and driven to the chic boutique property known as Lake Lodge, Taru Villas(Boutique) (transfer time:approx.1hrs). In the afternoon enjoy a drive by city tour. Overnight stay in Colombo.

After breakfast you will head to Sigiriya (transfer time: approx. 4hrs 30min). Check in at Seerock the king’s domain (4*). Rest of the day at leisure or take an evening safari at Minneriya National Park (optional). Dinner and overnight stay in Sigiriya.

After breakfast transfer to Sigiriya to climb the Rock Fortress all the way to the summit. The fortress was built by King Kassapa and was declared an UNESCO world heritage site, this historic monument is home to beautiful frescos and mirror walls. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon, transfer to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa. A world heritage site where you will visit the Gal Vihara known for its reclining Buddha statue and the remains of the royal palace including the rock inscriptions of Nissankamalla. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Sigiriya.

After breakfast travel to Kandy via visiting the amazing Dambulla cave temples en-route (transfer time: approx. 2hrs 55min). Arrive in Kandy and check-in at Amaya bungalow, Kandy (Boutique). In the afternoon visit one of the most sacred Buddhist shrines in the world – the temple which houses the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha. Upon completion return to the hotel . Overnight stay in Kandy.

Today after breakfast you will be driven to Nuwara Eliya (transfer time: approx.2hrs 30min) through the beautiful hill country of lush tea plantations. Arrive and check-in at The Oliphant (Bungalow), Nuwara Eliya. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

For some adventure today, we have arranged an early morning trek at the UNESCO site of Horton Plains and World’s End. Upon completion return to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Today after breakfast depart to Weerawila (transfer time: approx. 4hrs), where you will be staying at the luxury tented lodges, Flameback Eco Lodge (Tented accommodation) where you can take an afternoon safari in order to spot large herds of wild elephants, deer, crocodiles, wild buffalo and peacocks and the elusive leopard. Upon completion return to the lodge. Dinner and Overnight stay in Weerawila.

After breakfast proceed to Galle via Galle fort (transfer time: approx.4hrs) and take in a tour of the Dutch fort and shop for some trinkets to take back home. Galle is home to the world famous Galle literary festival and was a former Dutch and British stronghold with its cobble stone paths and quirky cafes this boho chic town should not be missed. Upon completion proceed to the hotel for your last night in Sri Lanka. Overnight stay in Galle.

After early breakfast leave for Colombo airport (transfer time: approx.3hrs) for your direct flight (1hrs 30min) to the Maldives. From Male airport a domestic flight and a seaplane you to Reethi Faru Maldives Resort (4*).
